Unfortunately, the continuing record breaking raw sewage discharge into the River Mole over this ununsually wet winter (now spring) period, has led us to the decision to change the planned paddle to the much cleaner Basingstoke Canal. We will meet at the canal side car park in Dogmersfield and paddle towards Fleet and back approximately 9 miles. Please bring a packed lunch and drink.

Meet by 10:00am for a 10:30am launch at the canal side car park (free with height restrictor ... although we have a key for this if needed!) in Sprat's Hatch Lane RG27 8DD, W3W: rotations.thirsty.deserved , OS: SU 7778 5380, Lat Long: 51.278124, -0.886138.

This is a gentle paddle with lock portages suitable for all craft.

Either proof of Paddle UK (formerly British Canoeing) membership or Environment Agency licence is required.

Location Dogmersfield
Revised paddle. Was planned to be R Mole.
