Ingredients

100g fresh strawberries

1 meringue nest

1 small tin sterilised cream

Wash the strawberries, remove the hulls and cut into halves. Smash the meringue nest into large pieces. Shake the tin of cream like crazy to whip it. Put the whipped cream in a bowl. Stir in the meringue pieces and strawberries.
